Milam & Fanning, PLLC is committed to maintaining a presence in the greater Waco area. We love the community we live in and feel strongly about giving back. Our attorneys are dedicated to helping the people who live, work, and play in Lorena, Waco, at Baylor University, and across McLennan County.

Walk-in Wednesdays

We know how hard it can be to get answers about certain legal issues. We want to make it a little easier. Recently, we started a new program called "Walk-In Wednesdays." On the first Wednesday of every month, we stay open late to provide 15-minute consultations to our neighbors and community members.

Whether you have a question about starting an estate plan or how to get your license back after a DWI arrest, we are here to help. Visit us between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month to talk to one of our experienced Waco attorneys.

Rooting for the Home Team

Since 2007, we have sponsored and coached little league baseball teams at Lake Air Little League. To date, over 150 boys and girls have worn jerseys that have born our logo. We are big believers that the lessons learned in baseball and softball; teamwork, dedication, and discipline can play a key role in setting Waco's youth up for brighter futures.

Inspiring Future Lawyers

We have volunteered a considerable amount of time over the last few years to both coach and judge high school mock trial teams. The process is always rewarding. The 2015 Region 12 High School Mock Trial Competition, held in February 2015 was no different.

Speaking Out for Your Legal Rights

We love the opportunity to speak to folks about what we do. Often the public perception is that we "work for the bad guy." So we love explaining how what we do can positively affect the lives of Central Texans and even preserve the rights afforded us by the US and Texas Constitution.
