I have used this law firm twice now, I used David for my divorce and he was great! It was affordable and he got everything taken care of that I needed. Recently used Jason to handle a citation I recieved and he was able to work with the city attorney and get my charge dismissed. We have also used Jason to take care of a court case for my son. On the other hand. David Fanning proved my pre-judgement wrong. My thought process at this point is just having someone get me into a courtroom so I can have a voice for my son because that’s what I’m used to. But David backed me up and helped me get my point across and it took me by surprise. He has this way about him-how he carries himself and puts you at ease in the process. He will be honest with you and it’s much appreciated.
Our last hearing-he helped us fight for a reduced visitation for my son. But the judge’s order was better than I had ever imagined.
Remember-you don’t always get what you pay for around here-nor do you find anyone, (in my experience), that actually cares about you. He has a great heart and will go above and beyond for you.
