I cannot thank David Fanning enough for what he was able to accomplish in just a matter of 2 days. I am from out of state and found him online. My granddaughter had been taken into the State's custody and I believed that she needed to be with family. This could have taken several months to come to fruition, but he made it happen during the first court appearance, just 2 days after I secured him as my attorney. He actually drew up new orders, on a legal pad, just before we appeared before the judge. She is now in my custody and will probably be with me for the rest of her life. The #1 thing I liked most about dealing with Milam and Fanning was how easy it was to access both Jason Milan and Alan Streetman for information and advice regarding the case. I could call or text them any reasonable time or day or on the weekend and usually get a response within an hour to a day. I never felt lost or without guidance. I sought out Jason Milam for my case based on the positive recommendation from friends. Once he understood the charges and got my version of events he quickly made me aware of the best possible approach to the case and the consequences I’d be facing by not taking said approach. After the deal was worked out with the DA, my case was turned over to Alan Streetman who ran me through all of the necessary paperwork and appearances seamlessly and kept me informed throughout the process. Jason Milam is the Best!!! I would highly recommend him to others who are in need of a great Attorney. He was very friendly and laid back but also knowledgeable, he answered all my questions about my case. He had a set plan and also had plans B & C if needed, he is very confident in his ability to represent his clients. I just got done with my second parental termination and step parent adoption with David.
