I am not going to lie-I can’t stand the initial consults with Attorney’s around here because they never follow through with the initial consults. They just see money walking in their office.
On the other hand. David Fanning proved my pre-judgement wrong. My thought process at this point is just having someone get me into a courtroom so I can have a voice for my son because that’s what I’m used to. But David backed me up and helped me get my point across and it took me by surprise. He has this way about him-how he carries himself and puts you at ease in the process. He will be honest with you and it’s much appreciated.
Our last hearing-he helped us fight for a reduced visitation for my son. But the judge’s order was better than I had ever imagined.
Remember-you don’t always get what you pay for around here-nor do you find anyone, (in my experience), that actually cares about you. He has a great heart and will go above and beyond for you. Once he understood the charges and got my version of events he quickly made me aware of the best possible approach to the case and the consequences I’d be facing by not taking said approach. After the deal was worked out with the DA, my case was turned over to Alan Streetman who ran me through all of the necessary paperwork and appearances seamlessly and kept me informed throughout the process. Eventually I got a best case resolution for the charge.
