Hired David Fanning to represent us with getting visitation for our granddaughter, as the other grandparents were trying to keep us from seeing her. I have used this law firm twice now, I used David for my divorce and he was great! It was affordable and he got everything taken care of that I needed. Recently used Jason to handle a citation I recieved and he was able to work with the city attorney and get my charge dismissed. We have also used Jason to take care of a court case for my son. Finding the right Attorney is similar to finding the right stylist/counselor. It’s always frustrating when you meet an attorney because they usually blow smoke at you to get your business (money). I am not going to lie, I was so skeptical at first because he is the 5th Attorney I’ve spoken with in Waco and the 3rd one I have hired. Let me tell you-you don’t always get what you pay for in this town. He is easy on your pocket and has a heart of gold. He put his whole heart into our case. It did not matter how much work he had to put into our case-he was able to fight for me to stand in front of the judge and speak for my son. Our end result of the hearing was better than my husband and I could have ever asked for. I just needed him to get me into the courtroom to be my son’s voice.
