Mark Clasby

Representing parents or individuals going through what is often the most trying time in their life fills Mark's tank. He does his best to give peace of mind through a direct approach with each client. Taking the time to listen to them and their needs and then working with them to create the best strategy for their case. Over the past decade Mark has represented clients from all walks of life: men, women, children of all ages from toddlers all the way to individuals in their 90's. What never gets lost on him, is that no matter how old a client is, the case is no less stressful to them and no less important.

Mark was born in Texas and graduated from Brunswick School in Greenwich, CT before returning to Texas for college and law school. He was a member of the first graduating class from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2014 and practices exclusively in family law throughout the DFW Metroplex and surrounding area.

Mark is a qualified family law mediator as well as a parent facilitator and a parent coordinator. While the overwhelming majority of his cases are as a litigator, being trained to resolve conflict enables him to bring numerous perspectives to each case.

Mark has been recognized by Thomson Reuters for Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2021 through 2024.
