Finding the right Attorney is similar to finding the right stylist/counselor. It’s always frustrating when you meet an attorney because they usually blow smoke at you to get your business (money). I am not going to lie-I can’t stand the initial consults with Attorney’s around here because they never follow through with the initial consults. They just see money walking in their office.
On the other hand. David Fanning proved my pre-judgement wrong. My thought process at this point is just having someone get me into a courtroom so I can have a voice for my son because that’s what I’m used to. But David backed me up and helped me get my point across and it took me by surprise. He has this way about him-how he carries himself and puts you at ease in the process. He will be honest with you and it’s much appreciated.
Our last hearing-he helped us fight for a reduced visitation for my son. But the judge’s order was better than I had ever imagined.
