Jason was by far one of the best lawyers I ever had. Even his assistant she was also great. If he’s ever busy she will help you and go above and beyond for you. I had a different lawyer before Jason and they were offering me jail time . Jason came on my case and when I say he went above and beyond for me even reached out to me to talk to me besides only court to see if everything was actuate. He actually cares about his clients. Jason got the judge to go from offering jail time to getting my whole case dropped. This law firm was amazing. I had the best experience and the best lawyer. I highly recommend Jason .

I sought out Jason Milam for my case based on the positive recommendation from friends. Once he understood the charges and got my version of events he quickly made me aware of the best possible approach to the case and the consequences I’d be facing by not taking said approach. After the deal was worked out with the DA, my case was turned over to Alan Streetman who ran me through all of the necessary paperwork and appearances seamlessly and kept me informed throughout the process. Eventually I got a best case resolution for the charge.

“I have used this law firm twice now”

I have used this law firm twice now, I used David for my divorce and he was great! It was affordable and he got everything taken care of that I needed. Recently used Jason to handle a citation I recieved and he was able to work with the city attorney and get my charge dismissed. We have also used Jason to take care of a court case for my son. I cannot thank David Fanning enough for what he was able to accomplish in just a matter of 2 days. I am from out of state and found him online. My granddaughter had been taken into the State's custody and I believed that she needed to be with family. This could have taken several months to come to fruition, but he made it happen during the first court appearance, just 2 days after I secured him as my attorney. He actually drew up new orders, on a legal pad, just before we appeared before the judge. She is now in my custody and will probably be with me for the rest of her life.
